This vital role oversees the safe, clean, and efficient operation of all district buildings and grounds. The Director is responsible for supervising maintenance and custodial staff, managing department budgets, purchasing equipment and supplies, and ensuring strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations—including fire codes and educational department requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Personnel Leadership & Supervision -
Supervise, schedule, evaluate, and mentor all custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff. -
Coordinate staffing plans and shift schedules to ensure continuous coverage for daily school operations and special/after-school events. -
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professional pride within the facilities team. 2. Regulatory Compliance & Safety -
